The house is a cape cod style with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. There is a basement that has a recreation room (can ya'll say pool table) and tons of shop space for projects.
The lot has a lot of trees as you can see in the pictures and we can't see a single neighbor. The house also has a screened porch that overlooks the backyard down to the creek.
We were very happy to find this home, we couldn't have asked for more. The location is very convienent to work yet extremely private. It is like living in Aurora with a 10 minute commute.

Dad and I just LOVE your new house!! Sure you don't want to make a trade--old, crappy bungalow for new Cape Cod?? (Location, location, location...you're on the wrong side of the Mississippi kids!)
It looks like y'all got good drainage for the grey Whale; just drop that hose out back into the creek :P Hurry up and get that RV pad built, OK?
YAY !!!!! I love that house, looks a lot like ours, too! I love the "homey" look it has to it - that's what we loved about ours, too. I hope you guys get settled in there smoothly and enjoy your stay in SC.
